EE Perks codes not working

hi i have an ee discount code for my aunt to use but she cannot get it to work????

Which plan/deal is your Aunt trying to use the Perk code with? 

The Perk discount won't work if you are on a plan that includes an annual upgrade benefit. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. It is not available with F&F, 10% Multi-line, early upgrade discount, Good as new devices, or any wearable device.

Hi, I’ve recently registered for EE perks and generated a code. When I look at devices, add to basket and go to add voucher code it says code is invalid. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty using your perk code. Can I just check the plan you're trying to add this to?
