Hello, 

I have changed work and got a new email address I have tried to create a new account but it won’t accept my email. Please can you help

If you're getting this message when trying to register, you would need to check with your HR team to make sure the company is registered for the perk scheme. They will be able to let you know what offers are available.

What happens when you enter your new work email address during registration?

Is your new work part of the EE Perk Scheme?

It says the email domain is not registered with ee perks
