Claim galaxy buds pro 3 s26ultra

• all, I ordered a galaxy s26 ultra last month instore and was told I'd be able to claim free set of galaxy headphones. I've read other post saying I need to wait for a text but it's been a month and no text message.

I rang customer services..the offer one mine was one you had to claim
through Samsung for so she sent me the link and a letter with proof of
purchase. It's been accepted but waiting for them to arrive.

Just to add to the advice from @TaraD, you can submit the claim on the Samsung website.
