Hi im in same position ordered mobile with airpods promotion and no message or email and i have 4 contracts and been cudtomer for years . Not good communication

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you purchased an iPhone 16e on a mobile contract from 25th November 2025 to 4th December 2025, you should have received a text or email between 14 and 30 days after purchase with a voucher code to get the AirPods for £1.

If you've not received anything and have taken an eligible phone in the dates above, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call, who have a way that they can escalate this for you.
