I have been trying to add this bundle to my contract for a bit now but when i click buy now for 31.00/month the terms and conditions box pops up so i click i have read the terms and conditions box and then click the i accept button but nothing happens the terms and conditions box just stays there

Yes yes I do I have one for me and my two grandchildren. I also have Wi-Fi. I called up 150 this morning and was on the phone for awhile where I was told that they don’t understand why it’s not working on the website and that there is no issues on my account that would be stopping me from purchasing this and adding it to my monthly bill

It’s impossible to get through to people on the phone. I’ve been trying all day and I’ve only got through once. I’ve asked them when I did get through. There was anything wrong with my account and they told me that there is nothing that should be stopping me, adding it to my basket
