I have been trying to add this bundle to my contract for a bit now but when i click buy now for 31.00/month the terms and conditions box pops up so i click i have read the terms and conditions box and then click the i accept button but nothing happens the terms and conditions box just stays there

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing this when trying to add a bundle to your account.
Have you tried using another browser?
Are you doing this via the app or My EE online?

I have tried through the my EE app, microsoft edge, google, and mozilla firefox on multiple devices

I have rang 150 they said they cannot manually add this bundle to my account so im stuck in some sort of limbo unfortunately 😞
