Hi all,
My phone contract is up so it's time to upgrade but I was just wondering if upgrading my phone does anything to the add-ons on my account or if they stay at the same cost until they've been paid off? Should I wait till I've paid off my add-ons to upgrade or will the monthly payment of the add-on stay the same and adapt depending on the new cost of the phone plan?

Are you talking about add-ons, like roaming add-ons, data add-ons etc, or are you talking about products that you've added to your plan, like accessories?

@rebeccastow390 Any add to plan items will remain on your account until paid for. Any other add on will be removed as that add on was for that old contract. Add ons will be data add on or call add ons and data roaming extras. An item purchased from the add to plan store that you purchase over 11 months will remain on your account.

Accessories, I have a PS5 on my account with 6 months left to pay off, however my contact ends in two weeks so I'd like to upgrade soon

Your add to plan product won't be affect by your upgrade.

Okay so I'm the same I have a ps5 on my contract but 3 months left on my phone contract if I was to renew my account and switch to 02 will my add ons still be payed monthly or will I have to pay a lump sump when I renew.

If you closed your EE mobile account, you'd need to pay the remaining add to plan payments in full.
