There was a promotion going on (advertised to end at the 30th of September). You could buy a Pixel 10 pro SIM free, unlocked, for 20% off when you log into your EE account.
An hour ago I tried to place the order, but when I was on the review page, the price changed to full price and now I can't find this promotion at all anymore. Did EE cancel this promotion earlier or is this a bug?
Would anyone know how to contact EE on this? Through the phone they said they can't help with online products and promotions and I should contact them through chat, but I don't have a chat function either in the App when I go to Help. Talk to us only gives me a phone number.

Discount still shows for me when logged in. However promotions are also likely to be "whilst stocks last" so may still end early.

Seems to work okay on my end when going this far - haven't tried purchasing though as I don't fancy spending £800.
Did you lose connection in the app at any point? Have you tried the transaction again from the start after closing and restarting your app?

No luck in the App either, there no mention of this promotion either anymore. Which I indeed saw this morning.
