EE Shop won't allow me to purchase

Tried 3 times to add a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Bundle to my plan. The first time after I'd authorised in my online banking the site said something along the lines of the action being currently unavailable and emptied my basket. It hasn't told me anywhere I'm not eligible for the add on so I'm a little confused if its an issue with the website or something

You are maybe not eligible. Try speaking to EE CS on 150 and they will help or explain why.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Our Add to Plan Terms and Conditions page has full details on eligibility for adding an accessory to your pay monthly account. If you would like to check if you are eligible and why this could not be added, please give us a call on 150 and the team will get the account looked into and see if they can help you get the Nintendo Switch 2 ordered 🙂
