Tried 3 times to add a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Bundle to my plan. The first time after I'd authorised in my online banking the site said something along the lines of the action being currently unavailable and emptied my basket. It hasn't told me anywhere I'm not eligible for the add on so I'm a little confused if its an issue with the website or something

You are maybe not eligible. Try speaking to EE CS on 150 and they will help or explain why.
