I am writing to you, because I have mobile plan with EE and 30 days will be on 7th Feb. I spoke with advisors on the chat and one of them told me that I must wait 6 months to add ps5 to my account because I am new customer and other advisor told me that my account is eligible to add ps5 after 30 days. So which one is true?! I am Little bit confused. Even on EE shop is a bug sign that after 30 days with EE mobile customers can add things to their account and pay monthly for that with their bills.

Are you on a pay monthly phone plan? if yes, then after 30 days you can add to plan.
If you are SIM only this would require you to be with us for 6 months.
However, this is subject to credit check and status of your account.

Yes. I am on mobile monthly payment plan, i took one month ago new mobile for 24 months contract.

I took samsng galaxy s22 ultra so I think that it wont be any problem to take ps5 bundle.

If you apply for the PS5 this will show if you are eligible, you can also call us in 150 and the team can check the status of your account.

I called to 150 and advisor told me that on 8th Feb i will be able to take. He dosent see any problem to take ps5 and pay monthly.
