Hello,
ordered a PlayStation 5 on the 1st October 2022 as it said “in stock” “usually dispatched in 3 working days - and the charge of £55 has been added to my account (according to the EE app)
since the order I have had no messages, emails or anything, no order number to even track either?
Can anyone update me on this? It is still saying in stock on your website? Hopefully it’s not a ploy to get orders on with false stock levels and that you don’t actually have any? Just all seems a bit strange. If anyone can update me on the stock situation and if indeed they are in stock as my confidence is a little rattled! Also don’t feel happy with paying if I don’t have the items as I don’t believe that is right!

If the PS5 has been added to your account, this would indicate this has been dispatched to DPD for delivery.
I would suggest getting in touch with us on 150 to get this looked into if you have had no delivery updates for the order.
