I have tried to purchase an xbox bundle on the website but there is no option to add to a basket. It says login but even when I am logged in there is still no option. How do I order?

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

I do have a current contract but even when I log in it still has a login button rather than to purchase?
