I've just orderd a Pixel Pro,
Lovely thing.
And now I'm at the point of applying for my free watch (My wife has alrady called dibs on it)
I've sent everything they ask. Kinda, I don't actually have an emailed receipt. Just a couple of texts and a delivery note.
The delivery note isn't good enough. The texts don't have a logo on.
Is it deliberately set up to make it as difficult as possible to claim?
Surely the fact that they delivered it, I'm on a new tarrif, I've provided the phones IEME (Or whatever it is) and I'm paying the bill should be enough?
Why so difficult???

Usually a delivery note is acceptable.
I'd recommend giving us a call and seeing if our customer care team can provide you with a proof of purchase.
