Perks - NHS email not recognised

My nhs email isn’t recognised when I try and sign up to EE perks. Can any one help? Thank you

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Have you registered for an EE Perk account before? 

If not, are you able to register using a personal email and photo ID? You would leave the work email blank if using photo ID instead 🙂
