Perk verification frustration

Trying to switch to EE and signing up for perk for discount but it won't let me!

I have given it my email address and clicked the verification link on my work email account. It takes me to a log-in page, I log in then it says I need to verify my email. If I go back and click the link again, it does the same thing in an endless loop. I have tried using different browsers on my laptop and phone, resetting the password, trying to log in with my personal email address instead of my work one etc. Nothing changes this frustrating groundhog day.

Any wisdom to help?!
