Hi,
I am a long time customer who has just started work with the NHS.
I am not receiving the EE Perks verification email to my NHS work inbox.
I had put both my work and personal email addresses.
I have checked both the main and junk mail inboxes for 2 days and still nothing has arrived.
I have checked other forums and it seems like the registration attempts need to be removed so that I can attempt to register my personal email address with my work ID badge instead.
Please can someone assist me with this?

How long ago did you register for the perk account?
Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

Hi Leanne,
I have tried to register since yesterday.
I mentioned I have already checked the junk mail folder and it isn't there either.
I think work security may be blocking it (as I've seen mentioned it previous similar posts) but I have no way finding out for sure.
I have also tried to register again with my personal email and work ID but it says my details are already registered so will not allow it.
