How long ago did you register for a perk account? 

Did you use your work or personal email address?

I have a dual sim and i'm having trouble navigating my way to topping it up, the sim card will cease to work after today if it's not topped up.
I'm not really sure about the perk account...I'v become very confused with not being able to navigate the web sight.
How do I add a debit card to my account, I cant find that either.
It keeps saying, confirm your email address, when I press send, nothing happens.

Hi @adamsh01 

The perk account is different to your EE account and topping up. 

If you give us a call the team will get your account looked into, help you get topped up and make sure the account will not go into hibernation.
