Perk Deactivation

Hello,

My EE perk account is saying my account has been deactivated. When I try and register for a new account it says my details are already registered. 
When I try change my password, re set it, it takes me back to the deactivation page, like a loop.

I have phoned EE and they don't know how to support either!

I need a new upgrade on my phone but I need my NHS discount!

Can my account be re set or something?

Help!

Hi.. I am also having the exact same problem as mentioned above.

I have attempted to contact the help section via the app and have emailed the Perks team but no luck or response

What happened when you called? Have you ever received an email from our Perk team to say the account needs to be reactivated? If so, there should be a link on there to do it.

Hi Chris, no I have spoken to 2 advisors via the help chat function on the app. On both occasions they advised that they have raised a ticket with the Perks team and that an email verification would be with me in 72 hours- but that was on Tuesday last week!! Thanks

I have waited 3 days and it is still saying my account is deactivated.
