EE Perks Deactivated

Hi,

I've just gone to access EE Perks and my account has been deactivated as i took to long? 

I tried to make a new account but its saying i already have one.. 

Any ideas?

Did you receive any emails from our perk team to re-validate the account? There should be a link to validate your details and activate the account.

Hi,

Thanks for the response 🙂 

I've had a look through my emails including junk and deleted and i can't see anything from EE to reactivate my account. 

Is there anything else i can do?
