Pay for inclusive extra?

Looking to upgrade. The plan I'm looking at says it has '1 Inclusive Extra included'. When I look at the inclusive extras, it shows the Roam Abroad Pass, but when I select the plan, it says the Roam Abroad Pass is an additional £15 per month, rather than included in the plan. Is the Roam Abroad Pass an inclusive extra or not?

Is it possible people are upgrading a  ew days/weeks before contract end - as EE allows - but extras wont kick until contract end date so the system falls over itself?

I'm already out of contract @mcaq so I don't think that's the issue

Just looked again - all the plan options have changed from yesterday - no longer any inclusive extras plans below £30 for 24 month SIM only and all removed for 12 month SIM only

Any update on when this will be fixed, @Katie_B ?
I'm keen to update phone + plan, but it's still not offering the full choice of extras and trying to charge £15 monthly for the Roam Abroad Pass.

Could you please confirm if you see any inclusive extras to select? if yes, do they also show as chargeable?

This is the plan that I want

when I click 'Choose plan', this is what comes up:

no other options. 
If I click on 'Continue to Plan Add-ons' it brings up insurance options and spending cap options, and after that I'm at the confirming Direct Debit info and checkout - no inclusive extras mentioned anywhere.

I can confirm that the inclusive extras not selectable when logged in as an existing customer is still not working at end of August. Selecting the plan then shows all options as chargeable. If this is done when not logged in as an EE customer the purchasing process works correctly.
