Still unable to revalidate perks

Asked to revalidate however not able to log into my perks account on either of my old emails or a new email address. Tried to reset passwords on my two old accounts with no luck. Had my accounts deleted previously in an attempt to resolve it however ...

I need to reset my ee perks password to get a new code but I'm not getting a password reset email through. Who can I speak to about this? I'm going round in circles.Have checked spam amd junk etc!

Resolved! Can’t change add on

Hi,I’m trying to change the BTsport included extra for the roaming abroad pass but I keep being hit with a “can’t do that because technical stuff” message. i need to change this tomorrow, will the service be fixed by then? thanks

Resolved! Roaming in Paris

If I pay £15 for roaming and only going for 4 days does this cover all 4 family phones or do we all have to pay. Or £2.60 roaming charge each for each day?

Apple TV+ activation not working

I recently upgraded my phone and selected the Apple TV+ as my add-on but when I follow the link in the text message i just get a screen that says “Cannot Connect’. I did have this add-on active when I upgraded 2 years ago and had no problems.
