I received my Samsung A34 5g 25/03/23 when will I receive my free ear buds? Do I have to do anything to claim them? Thankyou

The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 will automatically be dispatched to your home address 15-30 days after you received your phone.

Hey 

I am still waiting on my ear buds. I had my S23Ultra on 1 Aug. I called EE to query 1 Sept. Was told they had asked suppliers and I should hear from them withing 24hrs but still not heard anything or received them. Can someone have a look for an update for me please? Thanks
