Tying to receive ee perks but log in always unavailable

Hi, I'm trying to purchase a phone and because I am already a customer there was a pop up that says log in to receive 10% discount but it's not even a clickable button! or when I try log in and press upgrade options it brings me back to the first page saying unable to log me in try again later - done this for the past months and it still says the same thing! Guess EE doesn't want their customers to receive the discount or something??

Thanks for coming here. 

The 10% discount is for adding an additional contract to an existing account. 

Do you have a perk account as an employee of an eligible company and looking to access the perk code?

Hi no I am already on a only sims plan and am looking to upgrade to get a phone contract.

yes but when I try log in it says ''unfortunately we couldnt log you in but you can still buy or upgrade'' so if i then press upgrade and press phones, it takes me back to the beginning saying the same thing.
