Hi, I have had an EE account with the same number for over 25 years (since the days of Mercury One 2 One). I have now been using EE Perk codes for quite a number of years and currently have 6 lines on my account for myself and the rest of my family. You normally have to re-validate every 24 months which I have previously done with no issues. However, when I now try to re-validate, I am getting the following message:
"The company is not currently active, please speak with your EE Perk representative."
I work for Sainsbury's/Argos and have never had this issue. I know that Argos is a major vendor of EE products so I am a bit surprised at getting this message. The EE Perk codes have been very useful in making EE tariffs competitive for me, which is why when it comes to a time to upgrade, I have kept all my lines and never moved to another provider. Can you please confirm to me that my employers are indeed no longer a part of this scheme or if this is just some sort of glitch. Thank you

You would need to contact your HR or Rewards team for details on if they are still a part of the perk scheme or which offers they now have available.
