EE Perk Discount Code Not Generating

Hello,

My company offers a discount on EE via the EE perk website. When i try to generate a code it gives me the message "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative"

is there a way to fix this? My company benefits rep suggested going to an ee store which isnt ideal.
