Office 365 activation Iink issue previous post deleted!

Annoyingly my previous post regards this issue has been deleted!

I have recently added office 365 as one of my 3 smart benefits. I have received the text message to set it up.  I input my mobile number and receive the pin, enter pin, then always get an error saying "We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later" , I was told by an EE rep this was being  resolved but it hasn’t and rather frustrated, please advise.

I to am facing the same issue spoke with EE today was told it was been looked into. I have seen a post dated  29/11/2022 with exactly the same issue. Doesn’t fill me with confidence.

Have spoken someone at EE earlier last week and was promised this issue which apparently is know would be fixed urgently.

sadly this issue is still not fixed and frustrating any ideas on an ETA?

I followed the link sent by the EE app , click on the link enter mobile number and pin is sent , I enter the pin and just get an error!

Dunno what post you think is missing but I doubt it would have been deleted. You do have 2 posts added to others' threads where you basically just say "I have the same issue!". I've moved them here.

I’m having the same issue…… tech on Tues said 24-48 hours for fix.

 

tried today and “We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.”
