Do you already have a mobile phone contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
Tell the store to order them via their Sales Plus system.

Hello. I have also been trying to buy these. Every store I have spoken to says that I can't buy them unless I have an ee contract (phone or bb). I asked if I could buy them in store, and they all said no. Not without a contract. Please help!

Hi @Bobly2001,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Any of our retail stores can place an order via their sales plus system.
Hope this helps.

Hi James.
Thanks for the reply. When I speak to the stores they all say they cannot order it in so that I can pay for it outright. They all say it has to be added to a contract, even when I mention the sales plus system!
Do you have any advice?
Many thanks

Hi James
I rang numerous stores around the Northampton area. The one closest to me was the EE store in rushden lakes (Unit A5, Lakes Shopping Centre, Rushden NN10 6FH, UK). I rang them multiple times and they said that there was nothing they could do, despite me mentioning what you'd said 😞
They just kept stating that I needed to take out a contract.
Many thanks
Rob
