Hi. I am interested in buying g a pair of nreal air glasses outright as I am not an ee customer. After several visits and call to the Canterbury branch and customer services I am still not longer along the line. Customer service is telling me I can order from any store and have them delivered to that store, yet the store is telling me this is something they don't and will never do, and I will need to go to a store that stocks them.

I went into my local store and asked to purchase a pair of the nreal too. None of the staff knew what they were and said, "no sorry we don't sell glasses" (lol)
They don't even know what they sell and they call themselves customer service, what a joke. I had to explain what they were and showed them their own website. They then asked me for my phone number. When I read out my number they said "that's not an EE number, are not with EE" to which I replied no!, I'm with sky.
Then they said that they couldn't sell them to me because they were for EE customers only and that they were an add-on to customers contacts, I said "WHAT!" then could you please advise why your website says different? It states that you can make a one off payment and you don't need to be an EE customer??
Long story short, after a bit of a row I asked to speak to a manager and explained everything to him. I eventually managed to get them to pre order me a pair delivered to store in 3 working days, YAY...
