My phone is a Galaxy A13. I have no connection problems at home. In London tube,it shows the Ee WiFi option which connects for seconds and then there is no coverage. I had spoken to EE and did what they asked me to do,but it appears there is no coverage from Uxbridge to Finchley Road and other overground stations. I will appreciate any assistance.

Thanks for coming to the community, @gianna2.
Does this work at all other stations, or have you not been to other ones?
Has it worked here before?

It works for 1-2 minutes and then the connection is gone. Plus every time i had to check the internet network , as it does not save it.

Is this WiFi coverage that you're talking about or mobile signal, @gianna2?

I dont know. EE- Wifi Auto comes as an option . I connect and after 1 min connection is gone. Then it does not show me ( apart from limited exemptions) the EE again as an ' available network' . When I switch to my mobile data it works fine. But I use all my data.

Hi @gianna2
Thanks for coming back to us.
Does this happen in multiple areas?
London Underground WiFi is available in ticket halls, walkways, and platforms at more than 260 stations. WiFi is not available in tunnels or in-between stations.
