So if you pre-ordered the s23 ultra as a loyal customer your not entitled to the Samsung galaxy buds pro 2.

 

Why do I find this extremely unfair 🥺

I am sorry pre-orders aren't eligible for the Samsung Galaxy gift with purchase. 

The offer is for customers who ordered between the 17th February to the 16th of March.

So, if your a loyal customer, and pre ordered the 23 ultra, your not entitled to the Samsung galaxy buds pro 2, find that a bit unfair.....

Not sure what you are on about as if you ordered then they will be sent 14-30 days after purchase.

Hi I've just got the s23 ultra today, the salesman said I've got to goto the Samsung website to claim the earbuds is this correct?

The buds should be sent to you automatically 15 - 30 days after you receive your phone.
