Hi I am trying to access my nhs perks as I am due to upgrade. I am unable to login in, but if I try to register again it says there is already a profile with my details. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏 🙂

I am also at my wits end trying to get this sorted. It says my account is already active but I have never been with EE before and the man in CS was next to useless. Id really appreciate it someone can come back to me.

Just to be sure here, is it EE Perk that you're trying to log into to receive a discount code, or are you trying to create an account on our online shop for taking out a new contract?

Perk is an entirely separate system and purely for generating codes, and you don't need to be an existing EE customer to register.

Yes it is EE perks I am trying to log into and now it’s deactivated my account??

I was sat there doing it all straight away and said I didn’t do it quick enough??

So did you create your login and get a verification email, but this timed out and it's now preventing you from progressing further?

No it didn’t let me create one as it said my work email address had already been used but that’s impossible as I’ve never been with EE before last week.
