New customer, website not working, trying to setup Apple TV

I am a new customer to EE, I get an error on the online account when trying to manage add ons. Can someone please help.

What error message do you get? Could you try using a different device or browser please, with any VPNs turned off?

This service is not working at the moment when clicking on plans and subscriptions. Tried it in Safari and Edge.

@Jammer2 Is it a mobile you have with us or Broadband and TV? 

If it is mobile, in the app it would be Manage>Mobile> Mobile add-ons and add the 6 months free Apple TV+ add-on. Alternatively if it is mobile you can also try texting TV PLUS to 150 to add it. Once the add-on is added to your number you will be text an activation link to take you to claim the offer with your Apple ID.

If it is Broadband and TV the offer is added through Manage> Manage TV and Sport and apply the add-on to your Broadband and TV account and it will take you to activate it with Apple.

Hi - I'm new to ee and I can't register with the app. It doesn't recognise either my account number or my landline number.

Welcome to the community.

Are you trying to use Apple TV or are you just having problems registering with the EE App?

Have you tried registering your account on the EE Online desktop site?
