My EE Perks homepage is showing that I have 5 codes left to use. However when I click on the "Get New Code" button, the page refreshes but nothing generates.
I've spoken to various people on the phone over almost a fortnight, and it keeps getting passed on to a different team (Who I am yet to speak to)!
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Our Perk team are not customer facing, so you won't be able to speak with them, but if you pop me through a Private Message, I'd be happy to see what we can do to get this sorted.
