Hi,
My wife upgraded to a new phone with one of the smart benefit plan. We chose the Netflix. She received the activation link but when I log in to our Netflix account I can't change it to the EE smart benefit one. We use a different email address to the Netflix than to her EE account. Could this be the issue?

@Leanne_T I can choose apople add ons, britbox etc, I just dont have a netflix option

@Leanne_T I tried but I cant get through to speak to anyone, They just keep sending me an automated text with add ons, text a reply if I want to add them, unfortunately Netflix isn't on there either
