Hi I have created an account with my nhs email for getting NHS perk 20% code but when I try and follow the link about claiming code it says my user name and password are invalid yet that is what i've used to log onto the account?? anyone else managed to get around this? I already have a personal ee account with my mobile linked to it so don't really want to add this to a work email and confuse accounts. Thanks

Hi @madmax66,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
You'll need to login to the Perk portal with the work email address you registered with, rather than your My EE login details.
Hope this helps.

Hi @madmax66,
Can you share the URLs of the login page that you can get in to successfully and the one that you can't?
Thanks

Hi @madmax66,
The first link is for My EE, which is used to manage your EE account.
To generate a discount code, you need to use the Perk portal. Before you can generate a code, you'll need to verify your email address using the link sent to you via email.
When logging into the Perk Portal, you'll need to use your NHS email address and the password you entered when first registering for Perk. (This may not be the same as your My EE password.)
Hope this helps.

Hi @Bgemm21,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
You can add your discount code to the 'got a voucher' box when checking out online.
Hope this helps.
