NHS discount

I’ve spoken to EE and said I can add on nhs discount if I order an upgrade online. But I can’t do it, can anyone help?

It won’t let me access perks and I work for the nhs so entitled to discount, EE have said I can only get it added online. But can’t do it. Any help? Thanks in advance x
