I’ve just upgraded my phone in-store, I gave the code to add the 20% NHS Discount which was all completed by the sales assistant. It doesn’t show on my plan? Doesn’t that mean it hasn’t been added??

@Luci-H If you look at add ons within your online account does it show there ?
if it doesn’t you need to call customer services as this can still be added up to 30 days after you took out the contract.

no it doesn’t show there, I went I to a shop so I didn’t have to call anyone etc.I wanted easy!! I’m somewhat frustrated it wasn’t completed correctly by the iPhone rep who served me.
It’s so nice to have a lovely perk and it’s greatly appreciated! (Don’t want to sound ungrateful.

I'm sorry if there has been a problem with adding your discount. If you pop back into the store, or call our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to add the code again for you within 30 days.
