every couple of months EE bill me for Apple Music even though I don’t have a subscription on my phone. This happened for months last year until I got a refund and had just started again.

@Annabellelovett Does this show on your EE account as an add on ?   

Do you have an Apple account?  Do you own a iPhone or iPad ?   If you do have you checked what devices are linked to your Apple account?  If you do have an Apple account have you ever changed your Apple ID password?
