Hello. I have received an email from 150 explaining that my perks code will expire in one month and that I need to request a new one. However when I go to log on it tells me my log in credentials are invalid, I have tried both NHS mail address and my usual personal email address even though my actual log in details are saved on my phone - it tells me it's incorrect.
I have requested to reset my password, but nothing comes through.
I have seen on another post that someone had sent the solution via private message - but I cannot see a public solution.
Any ideas?
- thanks in advance.

Hi all,
appreciate the replies. This ended up resolving itself when I received an influx of “change your password” emails, so I did this, and it was fixed.
seems like there was an odd delay - but all has resolved 🙂

Hi @meggan_
Welcome to the community.
What happens when you try to register from scratch, as a new account?

Hi Christopher,
I have the same issue. When I try to make a new account, it tells me I can't as this address is already in use.
I've also just spoken to ee on 150 and they told me I should Google it 😆

Hi @James557
Have you previously registered for a perk account?
If so, have you tried requesting a password reset?
