new account allowed 1 add on.
chose Microsoft 365 for free. Already added but pin entered to verify phone number, error message states technical issues please try later.
3 days later and still same message

Sorry to hear that you're having some problems adding that benefit. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they're able to add it manually for you.
