Hello ee,
I am having issues trying to access my ee perks account to obtain discount code as a nhs employee. Everytime i log in, there's a message explaining my account is deactivated due to time frame. I tried to reset the password again, but no access.
Spoke with ee costumer service who tried to help, but they were unsure what I need to do. How can this issues be resolved please?
