Apple One should be one of your inclusive extras (no charge), @Cryerd51. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 so see if they can set this up for you.

Hi @Cryerd51
Thanks for coming here.
Has your plan changed to the new full works plan?
Do you get the option to add Apple One as an inclusive extra in your EE app?
Leanne.

Hi Leanne
thanks for replying, yes I get the option in inclusive extra but it says it will charge me, however I specifically chose the more expensive plan as it includes apple one with no charge. I don’t want to activate it and get charged as the monthly charge is 91 as it is
