I bought the Meta Quest 3s Xbox Edition Bundle with 24 months of game pass ultimate a few days ago but have not received the code and can’t find it anywhere to redeem it.
This morning I received this text message below.
“Just a quick message to remind you that you need to accept the three months' free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Offer provided by Meta on your VR headset first. Then you need to redeem the 24-month promo code included in this bundle.
If you don't do it in this order, you won't be able to use the three months' access from Meta.
Thanks”
Where do I find the code. I have tried going on my EE account on both mobile and the web and can’t find it listed on my add ons.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Did you purchase this as a single payment or as an add-to-plan to your existing EE mobile contract?

I've got the same issue currently, I did the payment as add-to-plan, I'm assuming the person originally asking the question is in the same boat with it being an add-to-plan.
