So both my and my dad ordered a Google pixel 6a about this time last month with the offer of the Mastercard. Now we was originally told 14-30 days after we received the device then was told it would be 14-30days after the first bill. Well its been longer then 14days since the bill was paid and of course since the phone was purchase but yet still haven't received the Mastercards???

I'm going to be doing the same as you. I will be calling them back yet again tomorrow!!! Nobody has replied to the email, I know it was only done yesterday but it can't be that hard to sort this problem out that everyone seems to be having!! 

Absoloute joke!!! They either get it sorted before Christmas or I want compensating for this just damn right taking the **bleep** 

So I've just spoken to a member of staff online and they reckon they have sent me the text message 3 times on 3 different occasions. Clearly they haven't otherwise I would've been using it by now

Totally agree, we all know the remarks are monitored by EE.

So why is nothing happenin, 

Isn't customer satisfaction a key thing any more.

Why can't they do what they did they would do???

If it was any other supplier of any other purchase I don't believe we/all wouldn't have this issue.

Looking forward to next advert from Kevin Bacon saying EE are the best-what a joke.

Please EE just do what you said you would do.

Finally I think I'm getting somewhere but we'll see I'm due a call back from a manager at 11.00 tomorrow.

Spoke to someone today and agreed that I'm due the £300,  but they need the manager to sign off on it.

Fingers crossed!!! I have finally received mine but my dad still awaiting his. Gonna be contacting them tomorrow fingers crossed his will get sorted fairly easy xx

Have you tried chatting online??? I did that yesterday and miraculously I've received it today. Also when I had rang they sent an email to the rewards team for me

I did the twitter chat they said they’d send it to another team to chase and that was Monday and still nothing
