Have you spoke to anyone and have they done anything about it to push it through, or has this happened by itself in the fabled 'sometime after 15 days'.

I called the 0331630 number the lady put a complaint in to the team that's dealing with the card she took our details, and we've had the email now too so I've now got my card. Phone and check they have your details as ours wasn't there.

Something positive for a change.
Upgraded my plan on 3rd of November, recieved code today-22.11.22
I didn't have to chase it up either and never contacted EE about it
