No, not at all, no mention of sending the card out.
Call one, David told me he was texting me 'the code' which instead was just a link to the T&C's.
Second call, Andrew has said another back dept will be in touch within 48 hrs.
I've yet to have a text with either confirmation I'm getting anything or the code needed to activate the online prepaid card.
The sales assistant at time of order clarified there is no physical card, it's an online account.

Absolutely had enough of the card team just keep telling me they don't have my details and are quite rude about it now.

Definitely.
I'll be following it through and updating this thread.
Following the post above I'll be calling the number to confirm I'm setup to receive it as I should of be.
If I don't have a response within 48 hrs as promised I'll be contacting the ombudsman alongside dealing with EE.
I will say if this BT level of customer service is what we can expect following the merger then sadly I'll be going elsewhere.
