I've pretty much had the same. I'm disgusted with EE. I've been told by 5 different people that I am eligible, I then spoke to Melissa last night and she went back and supposedly listened back through all previous phone calls, and from that they decided I wasn't eligible! They offered me £50. I took 2 contracts out with them and was told that I was eligible for 2 £200 prepaid Mastercard....there's even a note on my account stating that we were due 2.
Gets even better, one of the 150 staff raised a complaint on our behalf....someone at Ee's end took it upon themselves to cancel that complaint.
Never known ee to use dodgy underhand tactics to gain financially from people who took advantage of that particular offer, probably for the same reason as I, to help with the cost of Christmas. I have 3 young boys and was relying on this. Financial times are hard, and this was the answer to our prayers, yet they've now taken that all away from me and my kids, and I'm now in a position where I have no way of buying anything.
EE best for customer service? Not a chance. My broadband and both phone contacts will be getting cancelled as I have been mis sold this, I've been lied to, given false promises, and it's ruined my family's Christmas. I'm devastated

I have had my phone 34 days and still no text message, i have escalated it via chat, on the phone and straight to the rewards team who all said it will be done in 5/7 days and still nothing, it getting ridiculous now, i have 2 phones and numerous accessories that i pay a lot a month for but unless this is sorted asap i will be leaving EE

hi James, i have been in touch with the customer care team who escalated it, nothing happened, i have been in touch with the rewards team who escalated it, nothing happened. I went back to the customer care team who said they couldn't do anything and advised me to email the rewards team. its getting beyond a joke now and EE are letting a lot of people down

they have submitted a webform for the second time and I should hear something within 72 hours, I wont hold my breath as I didn't last time
