Hey, so I'm trying to add a device since I can upgrade now but everytime I go to the shop, it asks me to log in even tho I'm logged in and says we are making some changes.

Sorry for replying late, I was able to log in at a later time and was able to get the upgrade, thank you!

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

Yes I already have a sim, I'm trying to add a device to it since I can upgrade now but when I log in it doesn't let me go to the shop menu and asks me to log in again
