So I volunteer as a cardiac arrest responder and an nhs and care volunteer responder. I have a Blue Light Card and tried to sign up on perks but it gets declined every time. We do not have an “official ID” as we are told to use our Responder app as our ID. I have also taken a screenshot of this and tried to submit it, along with trying to use my blue light card but again it keeps getting declined. Is there a way this can be resolved with ease? I have tried to contact Ee direct but they were not very helpful.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Lauren7165
To be eligible for Perk discount, you need to be employed directly by an EE Corporate customer or EE approved partner with a current employee number. You can find out more about the Perk eligibility criteria at Why EE Perk.
We also have our own Emergency Service Staff Discount Scheme for direct employees of the emergency services.
Great news though, as you have a Blue Light Card, you can find our Blue Light deals for NHS members and volunteers at EE NHS Discount | Blue Light Card 🙂
Hope this helps!
