Hi everyone, We have just upgraded our subscription and add Netflix as our exclusive add on. There was no way of setting this up on the app. So I when to the EE wep site and found the activation there. I have went through the process but have not received confirmation after the mobile/email and one time code. With very limited instructions I am left stupped.with No Emails Or Texts.

Have you tried going to ee.co.uk/netflix ?

I have tryed that option. But still haven't received the link to activate in my emails. So no further forward. More than likely have to go into store to have this rectified.

Would you be able to sign into your My EE account please and check if Netflix is showing as your selected add on?
